Mr GW Varty qualified in 1976 in Johannesburg. In 1992 he passed the British qualifying examination and achieved certification through the British Optometric Association. In 1996 he completed a certificate of advanced study through the university of New England, Boston USA.

With over 40 years of optometric experience, 36 years of which have been in Alberton, this family practice has built up a remarkable client base. We treat each patient with a personal touch and attention to detail, providing a customised eye care solution. Not only has the practice grown overtime, trust between ourselves and our patients has been nurtured over the years. Our practice receives many referrals from numerous medical professionals throughout Gauteng.
